Even if we let a professional designer rebuild the website, it will be 
insanely expensive if we don't remove lots of content before: Our website is 
*very* large. It will take ages for anyone to migrate that.
And it might result in an inferior design because the design will have to deal 
with larger menus for example. And walls of text overwhelming the user cannot 
be fixed by any design :|

So given that we really should wait the 2-3 weeks for the poll to be finished 
anyway, we can use those to trim the website a lot before.
