Help with German translations

Hello!

I use Frost since several months, and I noticed that
there are some not really good translations for some
strings. Now I want to know, if I can support you and
make suggestions for this translations?
Are there some tools, you are using to localize frost?
I have found a file (LangRes_de.java) that contains the
translated strings but this file was generated. Can
you tell me, with which tools you have generated this
file?
