Frost can't connect to Freenet node

I just set up a Freenet node and Frost on a WinXP SP2 machine (with the firewall turned off). Freenet seems to be working just fine through Firefox (I can access The Freedom Engine and a few other pages already), but Frost (the latest version) reports on startup that it can't find the Freenet node. I've tried both the Java 1.4 and Java 1.5 versions and get the same error. Any clue what might be going on?
