frost downloads just freeze

rar's I have tried to download just half way download and don't appear to b=
e moving for days...
Right now I have one sitting at 96%=2C it still says downloading. When I lo=
ok at the download queue on freenet interface=2C the line is red and says l=
ast activity "2h31m ago".. are these just downloading extremely slow or am =
