Hi Jason,

Frost is not downloading the files itself. It acts as a queue manager
with a more comfortable interface than the webinterface from Freenet.
It might be a problem within Freenet, but I guess that your missing
blocks just have dropped out of the network.
Try to ask for a reinsert of the files you are trying to download in the
corresponding board.
Or be a little bit more patient. Sometimes it takes some days for the
node, to find additional blocks.
