Bigger file size is not necessarily harder. For fetching, especially if we can pull off non-segmented FEC, it is much easier to make the fetching of big files fast. Having said that the first alpha of 0.7 may have a rather low datastore limit due to the size of some memory structures. I am here replying to Todd's remarks, from a technical perspective. I am not endorsing the insertion of illegal filez into freenet (personally I don't pirate movies, software, or music, partly for political reasons).
