If the web list is totally unusued, maybe  it will
 be a good idead to officially close it (and the other that are
 in the same situation too).

Otherwise this kind of post are IMHO better suited to it, at least
 in CC:.

What about the multilanguage site ? Is not planned
 by the new architecture ? Being not on IRC probably
 I missed  loto of info.
