Noise logging from KLIPS, blank output?

There is a problem with 'blank' messages comming out of the
kernel, this is happing a lot of the time and right from when ipsec
got put (static) into my current kernel (2.4.20 with -pre6).
Often I get two blank lines right after a KLIPS shutdown notify, and
now and then I get just one. Examples are in the fragment of
/var/log/message output below:

This is causing problems with my debugging, as it's also showing up
on the console and important messages (what I am trying to debug) is
getting lost in tight cases.
It's minor, but needs fixing.
