our config setup
plutostderrlog=/tmp/pluto.log
has the effect of overwriting the log if pluto restarts.
I propose to make this 2>> rather than 2>
(i.e. append)
Secondly, I was thinking of a config setup option called:
plutoonce=once
which will cause the "restart pluto if it dies" loop to run
only once. This makes it much easier to track problems.
