WU-FTPD can transfer large files if it is compiled with the correct options
and the OS supports it.  You'll need to check your compiler man pages to
see what switches to use for this.

As I recall, there were a couple of issues whereby the file size might be
reported incorrectly (due to a format spec in the relevant printf
statement needing to be changed), but the files themselves transferred OK.
You might want to check the mailing list archives to look for a mention
of this.
