RE: File too Large

I am pretty sure there is a posting in the eMail archives from my
question of the same subject.  I did this on Solaris 2.6 and 2.8.
It works fine if you modify the Makefiles for the compile
options.  If you can not find it - eMail me and I will see if I
can dig up the information from my install set. I have sucessfully
ftp'd files over 3GB.

WU-FTPD can transfer large files if it is compiled with the correct options
and the OS supports it.  You'll need to check your compiler man pages to
see what switches to use for this.

As I recall, there were a couple of issues whereby the file size might be
reported incorrectly (due to a format spec in the relevant printf
statement needing to be changed), but the files themselves transferred OK.
You might want to check the mailing list archives to look for a mention
of this.
