installing wuftp: system not defined in install file

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to install wuftp on fedora core 5.  I'm at step 1b which is=20
telling me that I need to edit the config files and the Makefiles and tha=
t=20
the steps to do so are "non trivial."  Furthermore, it told me to seek he=
lp=20
from this mailling list.  Since fedora core 5 is listed in the install fi=
le,=20
I really have no idea how to edit these files.  If anyone could give me a=
=20
hand in this, I would really appreciate it.
