Hi Paul I've had several long whacks at this and am yet to come to any conclusion. You can manipulate the umask by using defumask 660 guest directive or similar. The documentation makes several warnings that you must construct your upload directives carefully, but beyond that no one has been able to tell me what I have been doing wrong.
