wu-ftp and TLS

Since the website isn't accessible right now, could someone please answer
this question ASAP - I remember a while back reading that wu-ftp doesn't
have a TLS option - that it was going to be in the next release, but the
next release date was to-be-determined......could anyone Please tell me
ASAP if that is what I recall?  If not could you tell me where and how to
get this non-beta code and how to compile TLS in there?
