Morpheus Filtering Requests For 'Unauthorized' Files??

I was reading this at Slyck:

Now, I'm okay with the fact they prevent their users from downloading
copyrighted stuff. But I'm wondering if their Ultrapeers also filter out
requests and responses for such files?
If they would, it would be harmful too the network if they would be able
to decide what's rightful to share according to an American law which
does not affect all countries (I don't want to make this a pro-piracy
post ;) )

What are your thoughts about this?
