Does someone in here have a means to find out who owned the IP 207.164.83.226 
at the following times? 

03:46, 10 January 2008 (hist) (diff) Background 
03:45, 10 January 2008 (hist) (diff) Background

Those where the times, when my mirror of the-gdf.org ( 
http://gnet-specs.gnufu.net ) was spammed, first  with gnutella bashing, then 
with bashing of Philippe Verdy, as shown in the diff above. 

It seems that some people are too numb to see who speaks for them.
