user profile search with gnutella

Hello, I think of a project creating a user profile search with gnutella,
ideally with the g2 network or an own g2 network.

Today there is a big boom for social network and community sites, but they
are all central.

The g2 network could be used, to create a small (ideally c++) deamon, which
connects to the g2 network and shares a the user profil, a small XML file,
which allows to have metadata and free text boxes for the user profil, so
that users can enter their gender, age, city , zip code etc.

The idea is, that then a search can be done and all collected files should
be stored in the client as well, so that as well offline friends can be
found by any node, so collecting/downloading user profiles by maximum is
required.

Then this tool should be a library, for a seperated gui, e,g., Qt.

This could then be added to various networks , e.g. shareaza and all other
clients. even java gui clients like limewire.

Is someone interested in that or has some ideas in this direction?
The functional working could be in the sense of the approach, to find a user
in the same city or in the plus-minus-range of the zipcode and view his XML
profile.

facebool, frienster, mayspace and all the social networks have founded a
plattform to make a standard of this XML profile and the data exchange of
the sites, so that there is ONE unique singe sign on for all networks (
http://www.dataportability.org/).  I think the gdf list is appropriate to
think about a profile standard on all gnutella networks as well and to work
out an XML style of a profil, which can be search on gnutella and g2.

Which network, ideally both, is not the focus, but the idea is to store the
profiles in a subdirectory or a cache... a s a fluent collecting exchange,
so that users can be found in other nodes, if they are offline.
Does someone has thought about a form, which
variables/metadata/questions/Categories should be filled out in such a
profile definition?  e.g. to find all golden retriever dog owners in new
york? is there a category or metadata variable needed, or just free text to
search? e.g. "golden retriever new york zip 92382"
