You won't find much there.  It's a DSL range for a small ISP, so it 
was probably just a bot on a home conputer. It's either offline or 
changed address already because it shows as a dead connection now.

The rest of that /16 is definitely an upscale neighbourhood, with 
plenty of government, corporate and even military ranges.
