I think there is a serious bug somewhere in the ConnectionManager. After being promoted to ultrapeer status, my LimeWire only fetched one outgoing connection and didn't try to get any more connections. Only disconnecting completely and connecting again fixed the problem. This problem seems to occur sometimes even if I LimeWire is in ultrapeer mode directly after starting it. mfg gregorio Susheel M.
