Last night I cleared my host cache while playing around with LimeWire and I
noticed that users with exotic locales are not able to connect to Gnutella
as
leaves anymore. The reason is that with 3 ultrapeer connections, all
connections
are locale-preferenced.

I believe leafs should not activate locale-preferencing for more than one or
two
ultrapeer connections.
