Description:
When LW tries to download a file from an host, it tries to swarm from the same IP:port for that file. This can be seen in the monitor window (uploads) with a "limit reached" message from an host already downloading from you when you do not clear the completed transfers in options.

Beside getting more speed from broken servents, this is an "unwanted feature" ;)
