Re: Status of web-interface projects

Hi,

Thanks for clearing that up -- it is what I had deduced from reading
some of the archives but I did not know if anyone had privately
submitted their code (as I do remember two German fellows mentioning
that they would correspond in private.)

Which would be a better option, in the eyes of the LimeWire
developers? A plain XHTML+CSS web front-end (much like eMule, Azureus,
et al) or a brand spanking new AJAX interface with "the works"? I ask
this now because I'm sure some people would freak out at a distinct
lack of backwards-compatibility and the need for JavaScript.
