Well, if you have to assign your copyright to limewire Limewire can do 
whatever Limewire want with your code.
The copyleft-clause in the GPL is just valid if you do not own the 
copyright...
Well, I just re-thought my thoughts and came to the conclusion that even 
in the case of giving my copyright away there would be still versions on 
the net licensed as GPL...
