Once a file has completed downloading, I think the
pop-up menu on right click should look like this:

The automatical adition of the file to the playlist should be
strictly optional, although I would have it as default on my
Limewire.

If the file's not downloaded yet, I would suggest the behaviour
on doble click is to Resume, not to Preview, since not all files
are previewable. It's annoying to click on that Dialog that says
"Nothing to preview", when all you wanted was to restart the download.
