Environment: WinXP, LW PRO 4.8.1, Java 1.5.0_02.  1920x1200 resolution.

Description:
The ButtonRow for the Playlist view on the Library tab does not properly stretch at ultra-high resolutions.  The ButtonRow ends up stretching vertically.

Suggestion is to refactor and use a GridBagLayout.
