New release of gc

Dear all,

I have uploaded version 1.0.7 of my command line Gopher/+ client:

The most important new things are

  - gc can use gawk TCP for Gopher and HTTP connections.
  - gc can use its own scripts (mdc and htmlparser) to format Markdown
    and HTML files.
  - The shell script gcs is a wrapper around gc adding (session)
    persistent browsing history and temporary file removal when gc is
    terminated with Ctrl+C.
