to LOCAL IPP allowed on the same machine either running as server or as

activated. Whereas, when Guarddog is disabled, I can print with no
problems. Essentially, I'm running Slackware 11.0 and using the CUPS
backend server.
In short, I created a zone called LAN that contains all the 192.168.1.x
IPs, and then allowed the IPP protocol between both the LAN and LOCAL
zones (none for the INTERNET zone).
BTW: I successfully configured Guarddog with other protocols, for
example, with MySQL, SMB, PING, and SSH.
What am I missing here? What would you like to know that would help you
help me solve this annoying problem? Let me know if you'd like to see
Guarddog's current configuration.

It sounds like you and I said the same thing. So I think I'm right
back where I started. Just so that we're on the same page, take a look
at the snapshots I took. If something looks suspect, let me know.
Are there one or more other protocols I need to enable?
