patch and bulgarian translation

Please use i18n() for all strings and update guarddog.pot (i don't know how to 
update guarddog.pot - intltool is not working(?)).

Bulgarian translation in bash scripts is not working (there is ???? instead of 
bulgarian text (utf-8) - see broken.png).
