BUG: guarddog doesn't work with kernel version 2.6.22

With 2.6.22 and higher kernel the modules ip_conntrack_* were renamed
to nf_conntrack_* so guarddog doesn't work with them and gives a fatal
error immediately of "ip_conntrack_ftp" not existing.
