Set up a free webmail account - I have one (DRH_Signup@) that I use
exclusively for website "please register" pages and similar. I check it
once a week or so, look at anything that looks vaguely like a real
email, then delete all the rest (I must get about 200-300 pieces of spam
in there a week)
