I have it working after subscribing. I will check 2.0.1.1 to see if
the mailbox creation error still occurs.

Another question - 
I was unable to get internet access without binding to 0.0.0.0, and
setting IPaccess.hst to: ALL, RW, 0.0.0.0, 255.255.255.255 - I think
that this is a security issue, but could not get it to work any other
way. I tried binding to 127.0.0.1, but it would not work. 

Do you have any other suggestion?
