How do you try to connect to the server?
If you set the *IP* 127.0.0.1 in your IMAP-programs it should work with
binding to 127.0.0.1 but not with 192.168.1.3 (for example).
It's important *where* the packets of IP came from.
The IPAccess.hst should be set to "ALL, RW, 127.0.0.1, 127.0.0.1" (if you use
your local computer as server and your 127.0.0.1 as binding.
This part specify the IPs which can access the servers.

There have to be a bug, yet I didn't find it. :-(
