Multiple download threads

I take my feed from several servers, but news.cis.dfn.de is the main
one. They allow you to have up to 4 connection threads active at once.

I seem to recall reading somewhere that Hamster can be configured to
make multiple connections to a news server, but I don't remember
either the details or where I read it. 

Anyone know how its done?
