In your Hamster folder, open the Server folder then the news.cis.dfn.de (or
whichever) folder and open Server.ini.  In the [Pulls] section add (or
amend if it is there already) 
Pulls=n 
where n is the number you want, up to 4.  You can use 0 to temporarily
disable a server without losing all its parameters.
