RE: [Spams sent] What to do

that option is available on yahoogroups, I use it on all the groups I run...
somewhere buried in the group setting is "new members moderated" if you need
me to, I'll go digging for the exact location...

From what I've seen, the option rarely has a serious impact on the users of
the list.  particularly if a few people are set up to moderate.  once a good
message goes thru, switch the member to unmoderated, and you're set.
