[Spams sent] What to do

Hi,

we got a mass of Sex-SPAM last weeks on this list.
I removed the authors of these posts, but painfully this can not 
really help. 

There should be a possibility to change the list-status, so that new 
ones on the list are moderated and all other authors are approved 
automatically. This would avoid much of the spam, but can also be a 
painful problem for newbies exspecially if the moderators do not have 
much time to approve those posts.

Peter, what do you think about it?
