Hi Bill Phillips,

You *SHOULD* use HS2, because with Classic version 1.3.24.x (and the BETAs
above) HS1 no longer exists! It is deleted in Source! Please use only HS2.

> Question 2: What happens when you set up more than one smtp host? Does Hamster use the first (or last) listed unless it times out, or does it alternate, or what?? Documentation doesn't seem to cover this (and I don't read German, sorry).

From menu and HamSendMail(), Hamster uses the preferred SMTP-Host.
If it doesn't work it uses AFAIK the list with sorted. So he uses Server A, B,
C, D, E and so on
But you should use HamSendMail(<server>) to send mails.
Look into helpfile (afaik even in old english) to use From-Select.

You can filter on every Header it have.
But you have to ask one else than me to find out how.
Can Filip should be able to help you on mailfiltering.
