nntp : auto-posting to out groups/servers

hi there

i'm using the hamster 2.0.5.5 ;

here i have local groups and pull out servers/groups ;

hamster syncronizes to the servers (post and pull) every 3 minutes ;

question : i want it to post and pull every time that someone post 
into these "out groups" instantly ... is it possible ? how can i do ?

if it has any tutorial in portuguese, english or spanish that's ok
but i dont speak french or german :((
