Notice: APOP is not a SASL secure mechanism but it is a legacy
authentication mechanism.
The classic Hamster version 2.0.0.1 and later can handling APOP for
authentication on remote servers. Write the password in the format:

APOP:you_secret

In the current Hamster version exist a checkbox for APOP in the GUI.

The mechanism SCRAM-MD5 in unknown. I known only CRAM-MD5 without
"S". Please post the name of server with this SASL-Mechanism and i
will check this server.
