Hello Lyle, To compile AYTTM on Windows you can not use cygwin, but only MingW. Please refer to README.WIN32 for all instructions to handle setup. Please note that you will have to use pre-compiled versions of the code and there are some setup steps you will have to take. I once had to reinstall my windows box and the instructions in README.WIN32 worked just fine. Please be sure to follow those exactly, download the latest source from CVS and if that fails, please provide me with the actual failure. Please do not worry about msys/mingw directories. Oh! And once mingw is installed you should do everything from the mingw shell for installation.
