Re: frame rates

this is great news! there is a big difference between 1 frame per 5 seconds and 1 fps lol.

I have never compiled but i'll be looking into trying it now:). Is this something that needs to be done in every distro or just the one i happen to be using(Ubuntu)? Just asking because most newb's wouldn't get or know how-to.

I also read Streamer(?) can do as good ad 5fps. Would this also be made possible by re-comiling the same way as Amish has said?
