Updates: msn bad cookies and stuff

Hi all,

A short update.  I'm back at home for the weekend, and miraculously, my 
PC and net connection both happen to be working at the same time (I've 
spent all of my previous visits home since January getting one or the 
other up).

Haven't had a chance to work on the project, but have had a chance to 
apply patches that were mailed to the list.

I've applied the patch that was posted to the mailing list a while ago 
for the MSN bad cookies issue.  This patch works for me is all that I 
can say, and I've tried it on two systems with two operating systems 
(Linux and FreeBSD).  If it does not work for you, I apologise, but I 
cannot reproduce your problem, nor do I have the time to look at the 
code.

If it doesn't work for you, and you think you have a solution (code 
please), send it to the list, and I'll apply it the next time I have 
access.  Note: please send your patches to the list and not to 
individual developers.

I know we've been going through some bad times with the project, with 
lots of bugs being filed and no one looking at it.  It sucks for all of 
us, and I thank you guys for staying as users.  We need help developing 
this app, and making it nicer, so if you think you have it in you, then 
contribute.  Even if it's just a single line to fix a typo, that's a 
great start.
