Commit to libirc-mod branch: v0.5.0-53

Hi,

There are some new fixes and features on the libirc-mod branch. Here
are the changes:

* Fixed buddy management for IRC,we can finally have buddies in IRC as well
* PRIVMSGs with individual members with /msg command (e.g. /msg
ayttmuser Hi there!)
* Fixed the /whois command crash
* Added handlers for some errors.
