NSPIXP-2, one of the IXes in Tokyo downtown area, has been operational in IPv4 and IPv6 for a couple of month. Many ISP operators do have concern on the stability of the routers when dual stack software is running, and they prefer to use separate IPv6 connections (most of them are FastEthernet). We have no specific problems in IPv6 -- you may want to encourage the participants that their router won't speak RA pacekts to the IX fabric. -- Akira Kato, WIDE Project
