Yes, the AMS-IX in Amsterdam is doing this for a couple of years now.
And there are more IXes doing this.

IPv6 on the AMS-IX started as an experiment on a separate VLAN. Maybe
this made it easier to switch to the current 1-VLAN setup. I don't
think there were any objections when IPv6 was moved to the IPv4
production VLAN.
