Cookies has been testlinked for a bit over a month now, and it's time
for its permlink vote.

Personally, I think I'd rather *not* have it permlinked to the network,
for the following reasons:

- It hasn't been too stable during its testlink. In 30 days, it has been
depooled 4 or 5 times, and that's something I would expect from a
cable modem connection, but not from a colo'ed server, or any Blitzed
server for that matter.

- I found the admin quite difficult to work with. In the few times I
talked him through the link process, or asked him to change some minor
config thing in his ircd.conf / bopm.conf / routing client setup he was
rather stubborn, and hard to convince, even when he was clearly wrong. I
heard similar things from Andy.

- Furthermore, during abovementioned conversations he was quick to tell
us where Blitzed was lacking and how things should be, but I haven't
seen any effort from his part to improve things.

I wasn't sure what to vote during the testlink vote by the routing
client, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, expecting him to
clearly convince me during the testlink I had made the right choice.
Unfortunately, he did not.

Note that this may or may not reflect chocolate's vote, as chocolate is
a democracy, and Alex and Mrten may think otherwise.

Because of the stability issues, I will include a vote option for
extending the test link period.

Options are:

a) Permanently link cookies.on.ca.blitzed.org to the network and grant
admin vote to Fraggle.

b) Extend the testlink period by another 30 days.

c) Delink the server now.

Eligible to vote are:

CrazySpence for carrot.*
mark for chocolate.*
dg for cgiirc*
Tux for dope.*
phil for milk.*
Iain for penguin.*
Tekken for porkchop.*
IZS for toblerone.*

Not eligible to vote are:

Fraggle for cookies.* (subject of the vote)

Votes go directly to Simon please, preferably by email
([email protected]). Vote starts now and ends a week from now,
~14:15 GMT Tuesday May 4th, or sooner if all votes are collected.
