It is quite widely known that I had a problem with this admin
based on his behaviour back on Xnet and some disparaging comments
regarding Blitzed that he made to people intending to link here
before he became interested in linking here himself.

Unfortunately this was not considered by the routing team as grounds
to reject the link application over a month ago, and a chance was
given in the form of a test link.

I had expected Fraggle to take advantage of this chance in order to
make some attempt to explain to us his previous behaviour and sudden
change of heart, but none has been forthcoming to me, nor apparently
to anyone else who has brought up the matter with him. So none of
those old concerns have been satisfied and on the strength of those
alone I strongly urge the delink of this server.

Not wishing to let my own personal feelings get in the way of the
correct running of the network, I did make one attempt to talk with
Fraggle about a mistake in his bopm.conf. This turned into an
extremely irritating exchange of 5 or so emails over what was an
obvious and trivial mistake on Fraggle's part, which ended with an
incorrect accusation by him that it was a problem with our default
settings. I don't want to have to put up with that every time there
is a problem. This is the "similar things from Andy" that Mark is
referring to above.

Anyone now thinking "I haven't experienced this" should first ask
themselves if they have actually had cause during this testlink to
correct Fraggle on anything. This is my impression from doing so,
and it agrees with Mark's impression from doing so. If you have not
done so, you won't have an impression, and you'll have to decide
whether to believe those of us that have. If you are unsure then
please remember that "abstain" is legal on this vote.

I have nothing more to add except to agree with everything Mark has
said in his email.
