This is debateable and reflects your opinion. In my opinion it's
been AT BEST going through a poor phase. How many times have you
had to go through the depool/repool motions? Maybe you should
listen to those of us that *have* had to do this.

> Fraggle is stubborn but a generally nice person

This is debateable and reflects your opinion. Your opinion might
have been different if you had had to correct him on anything, and
now it's pointless trying to see what he is like because he will be
on his best behaviour until the vote is over.

> grifferz hates xnet

There are plenty of former Xnet staff and users here who I have no problem
with. What grifferz hates is people who are two-faced, which
coincidentally also applies to a number of former xnet staff and users.

Since Fraggle is long gone from Xnet I'm not sure what his proposed
linking here has to do with Xnet since whether he does or not will
have no affect on Xnet. In fact if I hated Xnet enough to lose
sight of everything else then I would probably be more likely to
welcome Fraggle with open arms, since it would show that an Xnet
with "people like us" in charge would have worked.

But I don't hate Xnet enough to make it blind me to the fact that
this is both an admin and a server we would be worse off to have.

> grifferz is not tolerant of people who just don't get it

grifferz is not tolerant of people who are find it easy to change
their opinion based on where it will get them today, nor does
grifferz enjoy spending his time helping someone out with their
mistakes only to be told it was his fault anyway. Repeatedly. For
a decidedly average server? No thanks!

Can I also ask why you are focusing on me when Mark said exactly the
same thing? He's experienced more of this than me because I asked
him to speak to Fraggle a few times when I couldn't bear to go
through it again.

> CrazySpence went to ponderosa for dinner tonight

CrazySpence should bear in mind that he's defending someone he's
known for a grand total of a few weeks, on IRC, compared to someone
who I have had repeated unfortunate encounters with stretching back
6 years. I wouldn't mind if it looked like I was making this stuff
up, but clearly I'm not.

Instead of saying "grifferz this, grifferz that", why don't you
concentrate on the subject of this vote: fraggle & his server. It's
also funny that you choose to defend him when he admits saying that
"blitzed is a network of cable modems", which has never been true
and in fact the only cable modem we ever had was yours! So you are
defending someone who used your own server as the basis of his lies
to put other people off linking here.

Should I ever lose my mind and wish to go back over to Xnet I can
only hope you are there before me to rationalise away all the things
I have said about Xnet in the past to the rest of them! "gee I admit
I said that stuff in the past but why would I put down a network I
want to link to! Honest!"
