Re: *** VOTE *** Permlink of cookies

Hi,

There seems to be issues with one of the servers on our network that is
causing intermitant outages. This was identified after I brought the issue
up with the provider as to why the instability in the line. They have not
responded with a reasonable resolution. I do run two seperate networks at
the same location. I can move the irc box to my other network which should
stabilize it. It would be located in the same location at 151 front
street, but in a different cage. My second network is actually the main
one where most of my servers are, the seperate nac.net link was to see if
it would work out (its cheaper). However, I do not like to be labled as
the admin of the most unstable server or having stability be a question at
all.

I do not know whether or not it would make a difference on the link vote,
but I am willing to move the box if it would answer any qualms over
stability. The new IP for the server would most likely be 66.199.183.180
This network is a multihomed BGP network from peer1, nac.net, yipps, and
istop.

But then again if it is concluded that I am a dedriment to the network
regardless of where the irc server is, then its a moot point.

Please let me know, as I can move the box easily within a couple hours
notice.
