The permlink vote for cookies was concluded on 3rd May 2004, and the
results were as follows:
* 5 servers voted to delink cookies
* 2 servers voted to extend the testlink
* 1 server voted to permlink cookies
therefore, the server was delinked.
The Admin Team recommendation for cookies is that if its admin,
Fraggle, is still interested in being part of Blitzed then he should
take 30 days from the conclusion of the vote to rectify stability
issues with this server. After this time, the Admin Team will be happy
to see cookies begin a new 30-day testlink.
